1. Take a medium-sized potato.
2. Cut two deep slices in it, like a hot cross bun.
3. Microwave it on high for five minutes.
4. Sprinkle it with salt, maybe spread butter if you're feeling buttery.

Et voila.

1. Plain yogurt.
2. Molasses.
3. Walnut pieces.

Only work involved is spooning it out and mixing it together. I find it a tasty first breakfast, or a light sweet snack that still has a lot of nutritional value.
