Ingredients: water, pasta, asparagus, a handful of rocket (or baby spinach leaves if you prefer), olive oil.
Cook some pasta in a pot. While it's cooking, chop some asparagus into pieces about 3cm long. Put them in a bowl. When the pasta is cooked, scoop some of the hot pasta water onto the asparagus to blanch it for about 1 minute. Drain the pasta. Drain the asparagus. Put the pasta, asparagus and leaves in a bowl. Stir them together. If it's a bit dry, stir in a little olive oil. Eat.
(Works with ravioli and bow tie pasta. I don't think it would work so well with long pasta.)
